By accessing our website and/ or purchasing something from us, you approve that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
All parts of this website, including information, images, logos, photos, and overall appearance of the site, may not be copied, republished, broadcast or reproduced in any form without the explicit permission of the copyright holders except for your own personal or non-commercial use.
You also agree, by entering this website, to not alter, adapt or create a derivative work from the content found on the website except for your own non-commercial, personal use.
ACCURACY + AVAILABILITY
Whilst we have taken efforts to ensure the accuracy of all of our content, we cannot take responsibility for any error or omission.
All sizing and measurements we give on our website are approximate.
We try to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible but be aware that photography and varying device screens can sometimes alter the colour of items. We cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as they appear on your device.
Whilst we are always ensuring our stock levels are updated, there is a possibility we are not able to fulfil your order due to items being out of stock and only available via pre order. We will always try to communicate this clearly on the website.
Before purchasing please make sure you are aware of whether your purchased item is in stock or is a pre order item. Pre ordered items can take 4-8 weeks for delivery. For items in stock we aim to process them within 1 working day of purchase.
We use both Royal Mail and DPD for domestic and international shipping.
For orders outside of the UK, a customs duty will be charged by local customs once the parcel reaches its destination country. Please be aware that customers are responsible for this payment. The shipping carrier will contact you to pay these fees. Please be aware of these charges prior to ordering to avoid any surprising fees.
In the case that any items are returned to us due to non payment of custom charges, we will deduct charges that are incurred from your refund. If you refuse to accept the items or pay duties, the item may be lost and in this case we cannot be held liable for it and we reserve the right to issue no refund.
Postage to UK - For standard delivery: £3 for postable parcels, £5 for non-postable parcels (2-4 working days). For express postage: £5 for postable parcels, £8 for non-postable parcels (1-2 working days).
Postage to Europe - £15 (3-7 working days)
Postage to rest of world - £25 (3-7 working days)
ONLINE RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you are happy with your purchases. If however you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 5 working days of you receiving your order.
To start this process please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package when you email us.
Please send your returns back to us tracked and insured as we are not liable for items that do not reach us and are unable to accept responsibility for any lost or delayed returns.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct this as soon as possible.
Please note that as a customer you have a legal obligation to take care of items whilst they are in your possession and we have the right to not accept returned items if they do not meet our policy requirements.
We will offer a refund provided that the items are returned unworn, unwashed and in a perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
In the case of a refund, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. The sum debited from your credit or debit card will be refunded back to the same account from which the money was drawn from, as soon as the items are received and processed, excluding the initial shipping cost. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In the case of an exchange, we will be in touch with next steps as soon as the items are received and processed.
For bespoke orders, we unfortunately do not accept returns.
As a buyer you agree to cover any costs and the appropriate amount of insurance involved in returning goods.
We aim to process all returns & exchanges within 7 days.
